Rollers are single or double row assemblies that are mounted on a shaft. Rollers consist of thick-walled outer rings with a profiled shell and needle cylinders or sets of cylinder rollers or needles (full complement of rollers or needles respectively). Support rollers can absorb the high radial and axial loads caused by misalignments or running at an angle. They are suitable for applications including camshaft drives, guide rails and conveyors. The bearings are available with or without an inner ring and as an open or sealed version.
Curve rollers consist of thick-walled outer rings with a profiled shell. In addition, curve rollers also have a solid inner part with a threaded journal, thrust washers, needle cylinders and single row or double row sets of cylinder rollers or needles respectively. Curve rollers can absorb the high radial and axial loads caused by misalignments or running at an angle. They are suitable for applications including camshaft drives, guide rails and conveyors. The bearings are available in several versions, with and without an eccentric ring.
