High performance cooling lubricant concentrate

PCB-/PCT-free cooling lubricant concentrate for longer tool life and faultless surface quality. The concentrate is stirred with water and forms a stable easy-to-handle emulsion.

Drilling, turning, milling, sawing, grinding and thread cutting.

Very skin-friendly.
•     Technical characteristics
This cooling lubricant contains mineral oil, nitrate- and chlorine-free and free from PCB-/PCT-derivatives and bacteria.
The concentrate is alkaline.
Application concentration:
Grinding: ca. 3% strength (1 l concentration in 35 litres of water).
Sawing, milling, turning, drilling: ca. 5% (1 l concentrate in 19 l water).
Thread cutting: ca. 8% (1 l concentrate in 11 l water).
