The ADCAPure series S11A centrifugal separator wih air-vent connection removes moisture from steam lines.
When wet steam is used in sterilisation, moisture in suspension reduces heat transfer efficiency and the reliability of the sterilisation process will be compromised.
Steam passes through the separator and due to centrifugal forces, impact and swirl effects, particles such as water droplets and moisture with heavier specific gravity in the suspension, are separated.The condensate thus collected at the bottom of the separator should be automatically drained by a suitable condensate trap.

Application

Clean steam.
Compressed air.
Gases that do not affect the construction.
