Screw securing E-Coll is an anaerobic liquid plastic that hardens upon contact with metals under hermetic sealing. Ideal replacement for conventional securing methods, such as washers, spring washers and split pins.
•     Application areas
Secures screws, nuts and bolts from loosening by vibration and simultaneously seals.
•     Technical characteristics
Viscosity: 2000 to 7500 MPas (25 °C).
Touch-dry after ca. 10 to 20 mins.
Max. thread M36.
Gap filling capacity: 0.25 mm
Breakaway torque: 17 to 22 Nm.
Temperature resistance –55°C to +150°C.
With KTW and DVGW approval.
Colour: dark blue.
