Nous recommandons d’utiliser l’outil de montage spécial (voir la section : Informations générales sur l’installation des éléments du join hydraulique) et d'avoir une conception ouverte de gorge pour les dimensions inferieures â Ø 40 mm. ıl est três important que les outils d’assemblage soient composés de matériaux doux et n'yant aucun bord tranchant. Avant I'installation, l'êlêment d'êtanchêitê doit être huilê avec ı'huile du systême.
Options
Il est recommandé d'utiliser, en minimum deux bagues de guidage du piston dans les cylindres â logue course, en minimum une bague de guidage dans les courtes courses et sous de basses charges radiales. Pour les applications speciales qui exient de hautes temperatures ou une resistance aux produits chimiques, le joint de piston est fabrique avec le mêlange spêcial PTFE et la matiêre FKM. Les valeurs d'êcart permisespour le joint de tige 0820 sont données dans le tableau suivant.
